SOS: Bring back life to those thinning edges

If you are like me, you 've  run the gamut from thinning edges, to no edges to healthy, thick edges.  Have you noticed that your hair edges are balding or thinning due to some of the abuse that you have heaped upon your mane?  Don't fear, in most cases, with care, the edges will grow back.  But remember, you must Stop, don't go forward with the damaging hair practices that you have been using for years.

Here are some tips to help regrow your edges.

Stop, do not proceed

As mentioned earlier, stop all the hair damaging practices that you have been engaging in.  Curly kinky and coiled hair has a tendency for dryness and the practices of blow drying, heating, relaxing, gluing in tracks, braiding and straightening all further dry the hair out. Even headbands and infamous rubber bands and accompanying pulling hair into pony tails can seriously compromise those edges.

What helps?

Try massaging gently the hair and scalp to encourage circulation.  Eat healthy and take vitamins, such as MSM.  I've been using "Organix root stimulator" and have been experiencing fantastic resulrts.

I invite others to leave comments and share their experiences with products that have helped their edges grow back in.
