Beauty in a bottle: what you should know before you buy

Have you taken a walk through your local CVS or Walgreen's lately?  The health and beauty aisles are bursting at the seams with new products.  I'm sure that you can't helped but have noticed the plethora of skin creams, anti-aging lotions and potions, concealers and the slew  of others beauty products that razzle and dazzle the clueless beauty seeker.

Well, this article will take a look at some popular products and why they are used.  Hopefully, this will help you decide if this product is for you.

Primers

Face primers prepare and smooth the skin to create a clear canvas so that your foundation goes on evenly and stays on longer.  Some women use primers alone because they leave the skin feeling smooth, natural and silky.

Spritz

Toning mists and facial sprays are great to use before makeup application to moisturize the skin and to to set the makeup.  Helps give the face that flawless portrait  look.

Powder Power

Powder, either loose or compact, can help seal the foundation.    Some offer sheer and light, natural coverage.  Others can be used in place of foundation.

Summary

Experiment and have fun creating a unique look of your own.
