Beauty tip: Eyebrows

While going through Beauty/Party columnn in Essence, I saw a bit of advice to add pizzazz to those go-hum eyebrows.The technique is simple and is a real eye opener.

The materials that you will use depend upon your needs.

You should have on hand have a stencil, eyebrow pencil, gel and powder.   For sparse or thinning eyeberows, use stencil and waterproof pencil. Use powder to fill in missing hairs. Use gel to finish off a well defined and polished brow.
